Why
Children with Learning Disabilities and Motor Skills Impairment often face challenges in traditional educational settings, where one-size-fits-all approaches may not effectively address their diverse needs.
What
We are developing multi-sensory hardware and software with AI for kids with Learning Disabilities and Motor Skills Impairment.
How
We are developing Apps to assist specialists in enhancing support for students/patients, expediting their journey towards self-sufficiency and independence. This project is Supervised by Albin Broman from Neuroleap.
🎯 Team Management
I managed daily sprints for the UX team using Trello, overseeing daily scrums, sprint reviews/retrospectives, and project planning to develop The Motor Skills Assessment App, a specialized tool for assessing children's motor function.

🏦 UX Research Budgeting
I developed and budgeted usability testing plans, collaborating closely with other UX researchers. We conducted usability interviews with eight child specialists, and through collective efforts, we ideated a redesign of the child profile workstream.

My Design Process
As a UX Designer, I designed the screening app for specialists to evaluate children's motor skills. I spearhead brainstorming sessions, translating ideas into Figma dynamic prototypes. I collaborate with the development team, resulting in the implementation of user-centric apps. Moreover, I contribute to the establishment of typography, style guides, and design systems, ensuring coherence across our product lineup.

Moving forward: I plan to conduct user research targeting specialists, ensuring a truly user-centric design. Informed by user interview outcomes, I'll refine our design strategy. Furthermore, I'm on track to finalize our typography, style guides, and design systems for a cohesive brand experience.
This project equipped me with valuable skills in team management through the utilization of project management tools, efficient communication with cross-functional teams, and the adept development of sprints and budget plans to drive forward product development.
